Arnold J. Seltzer has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1984 — over four decades of hands-on expertise in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities. He has personally negotiated more than 500 real estate transactions for businesses and organizations across downtown Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs.

His client roster includes well-known companies such as Dayton Hudson, Greyhound, Maryland Casualty, Gateway Foods of Minnesota, and GTE/Sylvania.
